Tina Treadwell


Tina Treadwell is a celebrated Talent Manager, Network Television Executive, Casting Director and Theater/Film Producer.

As president of Treadwell Entertainment Group, together with business partner Kim Rena Coleman, Ms Treadwell develops and manages the careers of groundbreaking talent. She also enjoys a successful partnership with producer/international artist Navi with whom she co-manages The Drifters.

As the former VP of Talent Development and Alternative Programming at Disney Channel, Ms. Treadwell oversaw talent development and casting as well as the development and production of music specials. She was the creative executive behind Disney’s In Concert Series and spearheaded music specials for artists such as Britney Spears, LeAnn Rimes, Backstreet Boys and most notably ‘N SYNC.

Ms Treadwell served as producer and casting director for the feature film Elle: A Modern Cinderella Tale and produced the LA production of Oliver Goldstick’s Dinah Was (for which she shared a nomination for both an Ovation Award and an NAACP Award for Best Musical). She produced the world premiere of Les Weider’s Sojourner, a play about the life of Sojourner Truth, the American Abolitionist, born into Slavery, who became the first Black Woman to win a court case against a slave owner to win back her son.

A graduate of Princeton University, Ms Treadwell is proud to have collaborated with producer Michael Harrison on The Drifters Girl. She will be forever grateful to both Mr Harrison for his choosing to celebrate the legacy of her parents, trailblazing music managers Faye and George Treadwell and to Beverley Knight, for her powerful portrayal of Faye. Ms Treadwell would also like to thank The Coleman Family, Lynn Vincent, Nannette D’Aquila, Hugo Pallete and Phillip McMullan for their continued support and all the men who lent their talents to The Drifters Girl, over the decades, especially Johnny Moore.
